The blog was start in 2015 as a way of sharing recipes with Rizwan’s friends and family around the world. It has since grown to host over 200,000 monthly visitors, with a combined social media following of over 35,000.
In 2017, Chocolates & Chai was selected as one of six finalists (out of over 30,000 nominations) in the Saveur Blog Awards’ Best Baking & Sweets category.
